YAAAAY

Sooooo to everyone's relief (I know you've been losing sleep over it), I can now announce that my files are safe. Yes. I got them back. I don't know if I got 100 percent of them, or only around 99, but a nice little program by the name of Active Undelete dug through the metaphorical mud that remained on the bottom of my harddrive and came back with all my data. The only problem that I have now is that NONE of the files have kept the information pertaining to their original place on my drive: like names, folders, dates created, etc. They are arranged according to file format, e.g. one folder for jpgs, one for wavs... It is going to take me a very very long time to arrange all this stuff. Especially since I had two or three copies of certain files. Oh man. It is going to take forever. I might just delete my music and download it again, even though I might not remember everything I had on my computer, because how on earth am I going to be able to recognize every single mp3 I have (out of about 50 gb of files) and remember the bands, songs, albums? It would be like the biggest ever music quiz. The music quiz of eternity.

It is Friday today, which means I have two days of no work ahead of me. I am not going to say two days of relaxing, because concerts aren't exactly relaxing, and that is what this weekend is going to be filled with. Chris is working all weekend (again), but on Saturday we are going to see Spiritualized at the Commodore Ballroom (I know nothing about them except they gave me a headache when I tried to listen to them... The setup is not promising), and on Sunday it is time for Bad Religion. YAAAAY Bad Religion. It'll be the third time I see them... I think. Pretty sure it's the third time. YAAAAY. They are also playing at the Commodore, and then I will be tired on Monday. But who cares. Good times!
